As founder, CEO and lead developer, I keep coming back to one question: does this make an owner's day easier? A website that brings inquiries into one place. A text that keeps a missed call from becoming a dead end. A review request that goes out without another reminder on your list.
We're starting in Santa Rosa, alongside businesses serving Sonoma County. The ambition is bigger, but the idea stays simple: being a small business should never mean being out-equipped.

Your smart website, a lead form, the business app, a connected business number, missed-call text back, automated review requests and replies, Google Business Profile upkeep, two website articles per month, and two scheduled social posts per week. Setup and ongoing support are included.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Your plan includes a connected business number, and you can keep using your existing number. During setup we agree how calls should route. Missed-call text back and attribution work on calls that pass through the connected system.
Where do my website leads go?
Form submissions go into your business app, alongside conversations from your connected number. You can check the details and follow up from your phone.
Will I need to manage all the marketing myself?
We set up the website, profile work, publishing schedule, and automations. You supply the essentials about your business and keep us informed when they change. New project photos and accurate job status help your content and review requests stay relevant.
Are calls and texts unlimited?
The business number and missed-call text-back workflow are included. Phone and messaging usage is subject to the account's carrier charges and limits, which we confirm before activation.
Is BantamGo only for Sonoma County?
We are based in Santa Rosa and starting with Sonoma County service businesses. The toolkit is designed for the way small businesses work wherever they are. Contact us to discuss availability in your area.
